Rochelle is a Berlin-based visual and product designer with 14+ years of experience. She works across UX/UI, brand identity, design systems, and product strategy.

Most recently, Rochelle led design and research at the Meaning Alignment Institute — an AI alignment nonprofit working in collaboration with Anthropic and Google — where she shaped product strategy, designed UX/UI for an AI-powered social app, and built and ran a 100+ person user research community.

Before that, she spent nearly four years as Senior Visual Designer at FRIDAY Versicherung, where she built their visual design system, led creative direction

for the company's French market launch, and contributed to 5× customer growth.

 

Earlier in her career, she served as Creative Director and Project Manager at YouthReach Inc., leading a team of 14 across design and communications.

Her work spans visual communication, product design, service design, brand strategy, and art direction — with a consistent focus on designs that are both visually distinctive and functionally considered.
